Matt joined Baseline Tennis in 2004 after graduating from Ferris State University’s Professional Tennis Management Program. He is currently the Director of Tennis at the BRC along with assisting on many Baseline projects throughout the year. Matt’s teaching experience includes two summers working as an Assistant Professional at the Birmingham Athletic Club, five years as the Director of Tennis at the Birmingham Country Club, as well as internship stints at Westmoreland Country Club in Chicago and the well-known Van de Meer Tennis Academy in Hilton Head, SC. He is a fantastic teacher and his calm and reassuring demeanor make him a huge asset both on the court and off the court.
