Birmingham Racquet Club is all about the game of tennis. Six indoor
hard courts from September through May gives them the opportunity
to offer year-round clinics, lessons and leagues for adults and juniors.
During the summer, the domes come down and members enjoy outdoor tennis

Farmington Tennis Club is a 10 court indoor facility located just south of downtown Farmington between Grand River Avenue and Freedom Road. The Bloomfield Open Hunt Indoor Tennis Club (BOHITC) is a five court indoor facility that has two hard courts (permanent building) and three clay courts (domed building) and is located on the Bloomfield Open Hunt Club's property at Long Lake Road and Kensington Road in Bloomfield Hills. Beginning January 7, 2007, Baseline Tennis will offer a wide variety of on-court programming that includes junior and adult clinics, private lessons and clinics as well as special events. |

The Dearborn Racquet and Health Club has five indoor courts and a full amenity of services such as a fitness facility, personal training, racquet ball and an indoor pool. Beginning July 1, 2007, Baseline Tennis will manage the tennis program and concentrate on building a strong junior program including USTA sanctioned tournaments, junior leagues and will also create an adult development program with leagues and teams. |

The Travis Pointe Country Club is a premier private club in the Ann Arbor area, and one of only a few country clubs in the state of Michigan that boasts indoor tennis. The city of Royal Oak continues to grow with new businesses sprouting
up throughout it's downtown district. The recreation department
runs plenty of programs and camps for city residents on a year round
basis. Baseline Tennis conducts junior and adult clinics from
spring to fall at the Worden Park tennis courts, which is located just
east of Crooks Rd. north of 13 Mile on Wyoming (adjacent to the ice

For several years, Baseline Tennis has been offering quality tennis services to the community of Clawson in conjunction with Royal Oak. This USTA based tennis program introduces tennis in a fun and exciting way to develop players of all ages and abilities offering classes as well as leagues. A small community just south of Ferndale on along the Woodward Corridor,
it is well known for its quaintness and "community" feel.
Baseline Tennis has been offering tennis programs through Pleasant Ridge
for the past four years and it is one of the only cities that has it's
own platform tennis court. The tennis programs are offered in

Ferndale
is a hotbed of growth for young people throughout Metro Detroit.
As the city continues to grow, we are excited about being able to introduce
tennis to many of the city's residents. The community of Ferndale
installed four new courts located at the high school and they have been
a hit with our students in previous years. We have combined this
site with the city of Oak Park and Pleasant Ridge and these programs

The
Birmingham Derby Middle School tennis program is one of the largest middle-school
tennis program in the Metro Detroit area. Derby Middle School
has 750 students and the tennis program has over 130 players each
year, between the girls and boys teams. The program is one
of the largest sports offered in the school.
Derby competes with such schools as Cranbrook School, Birmingham Berkshire
Middle School, as well as the three Bloomfield Hills Middle Schools and
Detroit Country Day. Matches and practices take place at Kenning
Park and the team is coached by Baseline Tennis pro Keri Thompson,

The
Birmingham Community Tennis Association (BCTA) is a non-profit organization
that is supported by the United States Tennis Association (USTA).
It was co-founded in 1999 by Jim Fleming and Jeff Stassen with the concept
of helping to grow the game of tennis in the Birmingham, MI area.
The focus of the BCTA recently has been to organize and manage a
community-wide tennis tournament with sponsorship from the Birmingham
